The Challenge
Diane Danois, Esquire, CEO of Legal Strategy Services, was constantly running into issues with her GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365. For a legal practice, email and documents have to just work, and the recurring problems were getting in the way.
What We Did
David listened to the problems first, laid out the options, and implemented the one that fit Diane's practice best. He moved the firm off GoDaddy-hosted 365 to Microsoft 365 directly, and worked with Microsoft on Diane's behalf. The migration was quick and easy, with no downtime.
The Result
Running Microsoft 365 directly is easier to control and use, and gives the firm more room to expand its settings and grow. The project closed in April 2025 as a one-time engagement, and Diane has since referred another firm, Patient Enrollment Advisors, to DG Cloud.
